TCUS is seeking a UX/UI designer to join the Libelle Design Circle, contributing to the design of an open-source, transparent volunteer-matching platform.
Responsibilities
- Conduct short user interviews with volunteers and coordinators
- Map out user journeys & pain points
- Create insight summaries and recommendations
- Help define early-stage product personas
Requirements
- Students in UX, HCI, Product Design, or related fields
- Bootcamp grads wanting hands-on experience
- Early professionals switching into UX
- Comfortable with Figma
