You will create meaningful design work for both print and digital channels, including posters, brochures, and social media assets. Additionally, you will collaborate with the team to interpret briefs and deliver creative solutions that connect with families.
Responsibilities
- Create meaningful design work for both print and digital channels, including posters, brochures, social media and digital advertising assets, email campaign assets, internal communications and brand documents
- Champion and evolve Explore Learning's visual identity, ensuring every piece of work feels recognisably Explore
- Collaborate with the Senior Brand Manager, Graphic Designer and wider teams to interpret briefs, develop ideas and deliver creative solutions that connect with families
- Balance creativity with precision, managing multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a sharp eye for detail
- Stay curious about design trends and emerging technologies, helping our brand stay fresh, relevant and inspiring
Requirements
- A strong design portfolio showing versatility across digital and print marketing
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar
- A collaborative mindset and passion for purposeful design
- A genuine interest in education, creativity and making a positive impact on families
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Proven experience turning briefs into thoughtful, on-brand design solutions
