The Graphic Designer will create visually compelling designs for various materials while ensuring adherence to the ACF's brand identity. They will also manage multiple design projects, collaborate with the communications team, and produce digital content to enhance online engagement.
Responsibilities
- Design and production: Following an existing corporate identity and brand guide, create visually compelling designs for a range of materials, including reports, social media graphics and multimedia content.
- Ensure strict adherence to ACFβs brand identity guidelines and proactively suggest improvements to strengthen visual consistency across platforms.
- Provide templates, style guides, and quick-reference toolkits for staff to use when external design support is not available.
- Respond to requests from various ACF departments for design and production outputs.
- Design materials for high-level events, donor engagements, and advocacy campaigns, ensuring cultural relevance and audience resonance.
Requirements
- A Degree or Diploma in relevant graphic or multimedia design.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant, professional experience working as a Graphic Designer, with a portfolio.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and related programmes like Canva etc.
- Basic knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) is an advantage.
- Familiarity with web design principles and tools (e.g. WordPress) is a plus.

Benefits
