- Support existing digital applications while enhancing the user experience
- Provide and facilitate design thinking activities to support digital solutions
Requirements
- Creativity and knowledge of approaches, tools, and techniques for promoting creative thinking
- Decision-making and critical thinking skills
- Human-Centered Design (HCD) knowledge and understanding of user needs
- User Experience Design knowledge and skills
- User Interface Design knowledge and skills
