Develop impactful multi-channel advertising campaigns and collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate innovative visual solutions. Ensure that all visuals align with brand identity while supporting product- and market-specific objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop impactful multi-channel advertising campaigns, analyzing briefs, audiences, and product context to drive engagement and conversions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including copywriting, video, and project management, to generate innovative visual solutions
- Align design work with marketing strategy and product goals across diverse regions and channels
- Create visually compelling assets for various platforms, such as YouTube ads, Meta banners, blogs, emails, and other marketing materials
- Take ownership of creative decisions while iterating, refining, and testing concepts to maximize performance and impact
- Leverage generative AI tools to enhance creative workflows, explore new possibilities, and optimize efficiency
- Mentor and support junior and mid-level designers, fostering a culture of growth, feedback, and design excellence
Requirements
- Proven portfolio showcasing experience in marketing campaigns, branding, or multi-channel visual design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite and Figma
- Experience using generative AI tools to enhance design processes
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to high graphic design standards
- Experience mentoring or providing constructive feedback to less experienced designers
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling ambiguity with ownership and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience collaborating in diverse teams
- Fluency in written and spoken English
