GRAPHIC DESIGNER - CORPORATE SERVICES

The Graphic Designer plays a critical role in driving Compass Group's growth by delivering high-quality, visually compelling materials. This role transforms complex ideas into clear, strategic visuals that help differentiate the brand.

Responsibilities

• Design innovative, high-impact sales proposals, presentations, brochures, packaging, logos, and digital assets
• Create interactive and visually appealing PowerPoint presentations, microsites, PDFs, and other digital materials
• Collaborate closely with the Sales and Retention teams to align design strategies with business goals
• Translate complex information and client needs into engaging visuals
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, meeting deadlines, and ensuring brand consistency

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Strong presentation design skills in PowerPoint/Keynote
• Strong sense of typography, color, and layout
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
