Lead design initiatives for machine learning products, focusing on user experience and establishing design standards. Collaborate with users and stakeholders to refine interfaces and ensure alignment with business goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive design initiatives for ML products, establishing a cohesive design language and standards
- Conduct in-depth user research and collaborate directly with customers to integrate their insights into the design process
- Design end-to-end flows and deliver polished, high-fidelity prototypes
Requirements
- At least 4 years of product design experience, with a focus on designing complex software applications
- Prior work in tech or ML spaces is highly advantageous
- Expertise in using design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD
