Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end product experiences — from concept to production
- Collaborate closely with engineers to prototype, refine, and ship features
- Create elegant, data-rich interfaces that bring clarity and beauty to complex data analysis and developer tools
Requirements
- Crypto native: understanding of on-chain culture, technology, and mechanics
- Product-driven: thinking beyond pixels to user outcomes, data integrity, and interaction design
- Technical mindset: comfortable in GitHub, using basic terminal commands, and pairing with developers
Key Skills
- Good taste: strong eye for typography, layout, motion, and detail
- Builder’s energy: finding ways to make things real
- AI fluency: experience with Claude Code, Cursor, or similar AI-native design/dev tools
