Take ownership of design work across diverse client projects, from discovery to delivery. Lead and facilitate design workshops, stakeholder interviews, and other design and user research activities.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of design work across diverse client projects, from discovery to delivery
- Lead and facilitate design workshops, stakeholder interviews, and other design and user research activities
- Translate insights into journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure design intent is reflected in implementation
- Present and communicate your design rationale clearly to both clients and internal teams
- Contribute to internal design reviews, support other designers, and help evolve our design standards
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product design, ideally in a consulting, agency, or tech environment
- Highly efficient and autonomous, able to manage your time and priorities with minimal oversight
- Strong communicator, both written and verbal, and enjoy working cross-functionally
- Strategic lens to design problems, considering both user needs and business objectives
- Collaborative by nature, regularly engaging with peers to push the quality of the work
- Deeply curious, with a strong interest in understanding human behavior, motivation, and decision-making
