As a Senior Product Designer, you will design user journeys for trading and portfolio management while collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will also conduct usability testing and contribute to the design system for visual consistency.
Responsibilities
- Design seamless, high-impact user journeys for trading, market insights, and portfolio management
- Turn complex financial data into clear, actionable, and visually engaging interfaces
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data teams to deliver scalable, user-centered solutions
- Balance user needs with market and regulatory constraints to ensure reliability and performance
- Conduct usability testing, gather insights, and iterate for optimal efficiency and engagement
- Contribute to and evolve the design system, ensuring visual consistency and flexibility
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product design, ideally within fintech or data-intensive products
- Advanced Figma skills - components, variables, prototyping, and design systems
- Strong understanding of atomic design principles and design tokenization
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and design elegant solutions
- A keen eye for detail and a strong sense of visual and interaction design
- The ability to communicate design rationale clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
