Arabic Product Designer - Business Platform Team

The Arabic Product Designer will take independent ownership of design initiatives, collaborating with product owners and analysts to solve complex business problems. They will conduct user research, translate insights into design deliverables, and advocate for design practices within the squad.
Responsibilities
- Take independent ownership of design within initiatives, working alongside product owners and analysts to drive outcomes.
- Solve complex business problems by translating them into simple, effective, and user-friendly solutions.
- Conduct user research and design thinking workshops with business stakeholders and end users to uncover needs and validate solutions.
- Translate insights into flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-quality UI designs.
- Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure accurate implementation.
- Guide and advocate design practices across the squad, enabling product owners, data analysts, and engineers to apply design-first thinking.
Requirements
- 4+ years of product design experience with proven end-to-end ownership of projects.
- Strong UX, research, and UI design skills where you are able to conduct research, ideate, and deliver end-to-end designs.
- Expertise in Figma (or equivalent design tools).
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, able to simplify and present design concepts to non-designers.
- Ability to work closely with engineers and translate designs into production-ready components.
- Arabic speaking is desirable
- Experience in commercial (buying & planning) or retail systems.
- Background in B2B or operational platform design.
- Experience working in agile/squad setups.
- Familiarity with GCC or similar markets.
