Senior Product Designer - 12 month FTC

The Senior Product Designer will partner with user research to uncover customer needs and create prototypes to explore ideas. They will collaborate with stakeholders to co-create solutions and run lean experiments to test market potential.

Responsibilities

• Partner with user research to uncover customer needs, test assumptions, and translate insights into relevant concepts
• Create prototypes at different levels of fidelity to explore and share ideas quickly
• Collaborate with industry partners, and internal stakeholders to co-create solutions and validate opportunities
• Design and facilitate workshops to align stakeholders, produce ideas, and lead decisions
• Run lean experiments to test desirability, feasibility, and viability, measuring outcomes to gauge success and market potential

Requirements

• Proven experience working in Product or UX Design Roles
• Experience designing in early-stage or innovation contexts
• A strong understanding of business metrics, commercial viability, and how design decisions impact our results
• A portfolio showcasing your strategic approach and process
