The Senior Product Designer will partner with user research to uncover customer needs and create prototypes to explore ideas. They will collaborate with stakeholders to co-create solutions and run lean experiments to test market potential.
Responsibilities
- Partner with user research to uncover customer needs, test assumptions, and translate insights into relevant concepts
- Create prototypes at different levels of fidelity to explore and share ideas quickly
- Collaborate with industry partners, and internal stakeholders to co-create solutions and validate opportunities
- Design and facilitate workshops to align stakeholders, produce ideas, and lead decisions
- Run lean experiments to test desirability, feasibility, and viability, measuring outcomes to gauge success and market potential
Requirements
- Proven experience working in Product or UX Design Roles
- Experience designing in early-stage or innovation contexts
- A strong understanding of business metrics, commercial viability, and how design decisions impact our results
- A portfolio showcasing your strategic approach and process
