Senior UX Designer (m/f/d)

Dentsply Sirona is seeking an accomplished Senior UX Designer to lead the UX design efforts for cloud-based dentistry applications, driving innovations that empower dental practitioners and transform the delivery of dental care.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of defining and scoping UX requirements of various overarching product areas in collaboration with other UX team members and key stakeholders
• Develop high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and comprehensive design specifications that articulate complex design concepts and interactions
• Collaborate closely with product managers, other UX team members, software developers, and clinical experts to ensure seamless integration of design solutions into the clinical application development process
• Drive Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in both tech and dental care

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, User Experience, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of experience as a UX designer or interaction designer, with a demonstrated ability to lead design projects from conception to execution
• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of complex UX design projects and the processes behind them is a must
• Experience working with a global multi-disciplinary team of UX professionals, Product/Solution Managers and Architects/technical leads throughout the design process
