Senior Product Designer, Rich Media Experience

Zillow is seeking a Senior Product Designer to design the systems and tools that enable Zillow’s rich media operations at scale, shaping how people, automation, and data connect — turning complex workflows into clear, efficient, and intuitive experiences.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with operations, product, and engineering partners to analyze current workflows and identify opportunities for automation and improvement
• Create service blueprints and system maps that visualize how people, tools, and data interact
• Translate operational processes into scalable information architecture, task flows, and interaction models
• Design routing systems, review tools, and annotation interfaces that support AI-assisted and human-in-the-loop workflows
• Deliver high-fidelity, pixel-perfect designs and specifications that guide engineering implementation

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience designing digital products, internal tools, or operational platforms
• Strong skills in service design, workflow mapping, and information architecture
• Experience designing AI-assisted, automation, annotation workflows or human-in-the-loop systems is desirable
• Proven ability to work with operational stakeholders to define needs and translate them into clear design solutions
• Deep expertise in interaction and visual design craft, including systems-level thinking
• Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools
