UX/UI Designer H /F

Consort Group is looking for a UX/UI Designer to create and optimize interfaces for their digital ecosystem. The ideal candidate has experience in UX/UI design, a strong sense of design composition, and proficiency in Figma.

Responsibilities

• Conceive intuitive, aesthetic, and consistent interfaces with the brand identity
• Develop fluid and engaging user journeys for clients
• Create interactive prototypes and collaborate closely with product and development teams
• Ensure design compliance with European accessibility standards
• Iterate quickly using Figma and provide clear documentation of mockups
• Participate in user tests and concept validation

Requirements

• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in UX/UI design
• Proficiency in Figma for collaborative design and prototyping
• Knowledge of European accessibility standards (WCAG / EU Accessibility Act)
• Solid UX culture, attention to visual detail, and data-driven approach
• Experience in an Agile/product digital context
• Good communication skills in French and English
