Remote is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join their Product Design team, responsible for crafting experiences that help Remote scale successfully and customers find, hire, manage, and pay anyone, anywhere.
Responsibilities
- Influence strategy for your product team, identifying opportunities for impact in collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional peers
- Apply the right research methodology at the right time, helping you and your team empathize with customer challenges
- Leverage AI prototyping as a tool for exploring conceptual ideas, iterating with your cross-functional peers, and bringing ideas to life with functional flows
- Craft high-fidelity user interfaces with flair at velocity, expressing your maturity in interaction design
- Lead compelling vision initiatives for your team and domain, influencing and visualizing the direction-of-travel and opportunities for innovation
- Solve problems holistically with systems-thinking, understanding the ripple effect of your design decisions
- Communicate persuasively, weaving storytelling narratives around your work to bring peers on the journey with you
- Collaborate transparently in the open, proactively sharing your work with the wider organization to solicit frequent feedback
- Advocate usage of Remote's design system Norma to its best advantage
- Champion Remote's experience principles by ensuring simplicity, usability, scalability, and accessibility in all user experiences
Requirements
- Impressive portfolio of product design work demonstrating maturity across the end-to-end design process
- Persuasive communication skills
- Systems thinker who champions holistic thinking
- Strong evidence of effective cross-functional collaboration
- Experience designing complex B2B SaaS solutions for industries like HRTech, FinTech, etc.
