Support the creation and adaptation of marketing materials while maintaining brand consistency across all deliverables. Collaborate with the senior designer on layout work and assist in developing internal materials.
Responsibilities
- Support the creation and adaptation of marketing materials
- Localize and resize existing designs across print, digital, and motion formats
- Prepare visuals for HR, PR, social media, newsletters, and employer brand activities
- Maintain brand consistency and follow visual identity guidelines across all deliverables
- Assist in developing internal materials (presentations, templates, documentation, etc)
- Collaborate with the senior designer on layout work, content updates, and visual system maintenance
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience as a designer (agency or in-house)
- Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; confident use of Figma and Google Slides
- Solid understanding of typography, composition, color theory, and layout principles
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain brand coherence across multiple channels
- Portfolio showcasing solid design and layout work
- English level Intermediate and higher
- Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field preferred
