The Senior Graphic Designer will partner closely with the Creative Director to develop and execute design concepts across various platforms. They will lead the creation of key design assets and provide art direction to other designers and vendors.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with the Creative Director to develop and execute design concepts across brand, campaigns, fashion, retail, and experiential activations
- Help define and evolve the Insomniac visual language, ensuring consistency and innovation across platforms
- Lead the creation of key design assets, from campaign identities to lookbooks, event branding, packaging, and digital content
- Provide art direction and guidance to designers, freelancers, and vendors
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Brand, and E-Commerce teams to bring creative concepts to life
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of design experience in a brand, agency, or fashion/music/lifestyle environment
- Expert in Figma & Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); motion/3D experience a plus
- Strong understanding of brand systems, typography, composition, and storytelling
- Proven ability to lead creative development from concept to execution
- Deep connection to music, culture, and fashion
- Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills

- Motion/3D experience a plus
