Responsibilities
- Design visually engaging assets for digital campaigns, websites, email marketing, social media, and print materials
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and UX teams to maintain consistent brand identity
- Develop creative concepts and solutions aligned with strategic goals
- Apply motion or interactive design elements to enhance user engagement
- Optimize designs for performance and responsiveness across devices and formats
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and attention to detail
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in digital marketing or technology environments
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative range, visual storytelling, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and modern design tools like Figma or Sketch
- Understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and interactive design is a plus
- Excellent typography, layout, and color theory skills
- Strong collaboration, communication skills, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Advanced English proficiency (C1) for international team collaboration
