Design visually stunning and impactful email campaigns that align with brand guidelines. Collaborate closely with creative and marketing teams to optimize and deliver digital assets.

Responsibilities

• Design visually stunning and impactful email campaigns that align with brand guidelines
• Develop asset adaptations for Amazon e-commerce
• Work closely with the Digital Art Director, Director of Retention, Retention Marketing Manager, and Internal Creative teams to understand project requirements and timelines
• Generate and optimize assets for responsive design across various devices and email clients
• Utilize Figma (and any other preferred tools) for graphic design tasks and Trello for project management
• Use ASANA for project status updates/feedback and progress communications
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, within a fast-paced environment
• Adhere to production schedules, ensuring all work is completed on time, especially during peak seasons like Black Friday/Cyber Monday
• Suggest strategic A/B tests for designs to understand user engagement and apply insights to future designs
• Complete 15–20 emails per month

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years experience in graphic design with a focus on email campaigns
• A portfolio that showcases relevant work

Key Skills

• Expertise in Figma for designing email layouts and assets
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email is a plus
• Familiarity with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms
• Experience with Trello for project management
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Flexibility and willingness to pivot based on business needs
