Lead Product Designer

Rillet is seeking a Lead Product Designer to shape the vision, product strategy and user experience of Rillet, an AI-native ERP that helps finance teams run their numbers with impossible speed, accuracy, and insight.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the full design process from user research, product flows, and wire-framing to UI design
• Work closely with product and engineering to define both the short-term tactical goals and long-term product vision and roadmap
• Establish design principles and set the direction for Rillet’s design system
• Lead User Research initiatives

Requirements

• 5+ years experience leading design teams in product-driven B2B SaaS environment
• 5+ years experience working on end-to-end design projects, from research to implementation
• Proven experience working with complex design problems and systems
• Demonstrated experience with all stages of the design process, from discovery to delivery
