Create and maintain documentation for design components and patterns to ensure consistent usage. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to elevate product interface quality and refine design components based on feedback and platform requirements.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain thorough documentation for components, patterns, and implementation guidance
- Elevate the quality of our product interface
- Continually refine components based on cross-product needs, feedback, usage scenarios, and evolving platform requirements
- Scale our design system contribution and review processes
- Lead and facilitate design system working sessions with cross-functional teams
- Provide onboarding and ongoing guidance to team members
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in design systems or product design
- 2+ years dedicated to building or managing design systems
- Proven experience working with engineers and design peers
- Deep understanding of design system principles, governance, and best practices
- Demonstrated mastery of Figma
- Excellent craft and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
