As a Senior Product Designer, you will partner with Product Managers and Engineers to drive user experience and design solutions for multilingual content creation. You will conduct user research, create design artifacts, and maintain a design system to ensure a seamless user experience.
Responsibilities
- Partner deeply with Product Managers and Engineers as a key member of an empowered product team
- Conduct in-depth user research, run usability tests, and gather feedback to inform and validate design decisions
- Create wireframes, low-fidelity drafts, and interactive prototypes that bring design concepts to life
- Build and maintain a design system and style guide to ensure consistency and a seamless experience across the platform
Requirements
- Proven Product Designer with a portfolio that sets the industry standard
- Expert-level skills in Figma
- Strong advocate for user-centered design and deep understanding of usability principles
- Ability to clearly communicate design decisions to both designers and non-designers
