Senior Product Designer, Core Experience

The Senior Product Designer will work strategically with product management, engineering, and design leadership to define and design the patient application. They will create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes, lead user research, and advocate for design across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Work strategically as a partner with product management, engineering, and design leadership to define and design out the patient application/experience
- Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes to communicate your work
- Lead and conduct user research and data analysis to inform design decisions and ensure user-centered solutions
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in consumer product design, working as part of a product team in an agile environment
- Outstanding portfolio of award-winning design for consumer products that showcase attention to detail and strong foundations in typography, interaction, and visual design
- Highly proficient with current design and prototyping tools (Figma, Photoshop, etc.)
Key Skills
- Technical Skills: current design and prototyping tools (Figma, Photoshop, etc.)
- Professional Skills: excellent visual design craft, excellent communication skills
- Collaboration and Soft Skills: ability to drive initiatives forward while remaining excited about continuous learning and development opportunities
