You will define and improve the education experience for students and medical professionals, working on both desktop and mobile devices. Collaborating with various teams, you will design prototypes and validate findings to enhance user satisfaction and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Define and improve the education experience for students and medical professionals working in hospitals and/or studying at universities
- Work closely with the respective teams to ensure a cohesive and personalized user experience across areas such as sign-up flow, shop, dashboard, and user profile
- Advocate for good design principles, usability, and accessibility to contribute to developing high-quality products on a large scale
Requirements
- Expertise in UX design, information architecture, and visualizing information in a concise manner
- User-centered design skills - detail-oriented with a deep understanding of design fundamentals
- A passion for implementing great user experiences, validating and delivering designs that address genuine user needs
