As a Senior UX Designer, you will lead the end-to-end design process, ensuring the visual quality of interfaces and defining functional criteria in collaboration with engineering. You will also develop and evolve the Design System, integrating AI resources into design workflows.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process, from discovery to post-launch iteration
- Ensure the visual quality of interfaces: typography, color, grid, spacing, iconography, illustration, motion and microinteractions, ensuring consistency, legibility and aesthetics aligned with the brand
- Define acceptance criteria and functional logic in partnership with engineering, detailing rules and behaviors
- Plan and conduct usability research and translate learnings into metric-driven design decisions
- Develop and evolve the Design System, promoting scalability, consistency and accessibility
- Integrate AI resources into design workflows, focusing on efficiency and impact
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product design, visual design or related areas
- Demonstrated domain in branding and art direction applied to digital products
- Solid fundamentals of UX, including research, information architecture and interaction design
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools
- Ability to ensure technical and quality validation of design until post-launch
- Knowledge of Motion is a differential
