As a Product Designer, you will shape and evolve Base44’s core product experience and design foundations. You will own the functional and visual design of your product and deliver high-quality products in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Own the functional and visual design of your product
- Deliver extraordinary, high-quality products in a fast-paced AI driven environment
- Demonstrate a strong and practical understanding of applied AI to drive innovative, data-informed, and highly personalized user experiences
- Know your product and users thoroughly through extensive research
- Collaborate with your team of PMs, developers, analysts, and other UX/UI designers to define product requirements and shape effective design solutions
- Take ownership and drive projects end-to-end
Requirements
- 3+ years of UX + UI design experience, ideally in product teams
- Strong grasp of UX patterns and the product lifecycle
- Experienced in building with AI tools and exploring new ways to bridge design and development
- Proficient in working with Figma with strong focus on building a design system
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with a passion for continuous learning
