Product Designer

Freed is seeking a Product Designer to transform how clinicians work, leading design for core product areas and owning the end-to-end user experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead design for core product areas — from problem framing to polished execution
• Collaborate cross-functionally with a small team of engineering, product, and design peers to shape product strategy and roadmap
• Create intuitive, clean, and thoughtful UI that balances user needs with product complexity
• Help evolve our design system and shape design culture

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing and shipping high-impact end-to-end products
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and break down complex problems into simple, clear user experiences
• Strategic thinker who can contribute beyond design — to product and business direction
• Value clarity and precision in both design and communication
