Flip is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape the user experience of their AI employee experience platform, working closely with product and engineering teams to deliver meaningful work.
Responsibilities
- Own the design for a core product area
- Shape the full user journey across mobile and web, from early exploration to final polish
- Bring clarity to complexity
- Translate real operational challenges into workflows and interfaces that feel effortless and purposeful
- Advance Flip’s design system
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience in SaaS or complex, multi-platform environments
- A portfolio that demonstrates systems thinking, strong interaction design, and depth of reasoning behind your decisions
- Proven experience designing for mobile (iOS, Android) and web, with a focus on performance, usability, and accessibility
- Mastery of Figma and fluency in modern design workflows, including prototyping, documentation, and developer collaboration
