Onsite $220,000 - $260,000 Full-time Senior
Aircall is seeking a Principal Product Designer to drive the evolution of cross-product experiences, working cross-functionally with various teams to improve the end-to-end user experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design vision and execution across product experiences
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Leadership to shape strategy and identify roadmap opportunities
- Deliver elegant, user-centered solutions that balance business goals and technical constraints
- Conduct research, champion user insights, and advocate for accessibility, inclusivity, and usability
- Drive design excellence by establishing scalable systems, processes, and guidelines
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product design
- Deep craft expertise in interaction and visual design
- Experience operating at a Principal or Staff level
- Strong strategic thinking abilities
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
