Strategic Partner Manager – Keysight Design Engineering Software (DES)

Manage relationships with software partners in the EDA space and develop go-to-market opportunities. Analyze market research for M&A opportunities and manage partner contracts.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day relationships with software partners in the EDA space
- Find and develop go-to-market opportunities with EDA partners that will enable growth for Keysight software products
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at semiconductor foundry partners such as TSMC and Global Foundries
- Find and analyze market research for M&A opportunities
- Manage and negotiate partner contracts such as NDAs, OEM agreements, and/or software loan agreements
- Ownership and creation of partner management tools, collateral, and infrastructure
Requirements
- Bachelors or Master’s Degree or University Degree or equivalent, in business or a technical subject, such as Telecommunications or Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in sales / marketing / business development, ideally with some experience in software
