The Graphic Designer will ideate, conceptualize, and execute designs that promote individual brands and meet sales objectives. This role involves collaborating with various teams to create high-quality graphic materials across multiple media formats.
Responsibilities
- Ideate, conceptualize, and execute great design that promotes the individual brands and meets sales and project objectives
- Develop an understanding of and uphold brand guidelines for multiple brands
- Work with the brand and design teams to accomplish projects
- Plan concepts by reviewing the creative brief, job instructions, and relevant written and verbal information and asking any questions necessary to complete the project
- Brainstorm and provide input to push projects further creatively when necessary
- Utilize resources to problem solve challenges on projects
- Work simultaneously on multiple projects, meeting deadlines in a time-sensitive environment
- Produce drafts for review by stakeholders and present concept designs and ideas clearly and with conviction to internal clients
- Make revisions based on the feedback
- Write and edit basic copy used in all communication channels
- Provide and receive constructive feedback on materials and projects
- Prepare technically sound files for prepress/printer
- Maintain consistent and accurate production file structure by following defined procedures within the team’s server environment
Requirements
- BFA / BA in Graphic design or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience designing and producing marketing support materials
- Possess a strong design aesthetic
