Junior Graphic Designer

The Junior Graphic Designer is responsible for the research and development of concepts and design for marketing and collateral under the direction of the VP - Graphics. This includes creating branding, advertisements, signage, and marketing materials for both digital and print applications.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute projects flowing through the Creative & Marketing Department
- Create pitch decks and presentations for the Services unit of the company
- Work with VP - Graphics and project stakeholders to develop and execute special projects supporting property-level initiatives
Requirements
- Two to four years of related experience, or any combination of education, training, and experience which provides required knowledge, skills, and abilities
- Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Knowledge of Google Workspace, MS Office Suite, illustration, and pre-press processes

- Communicating graphic ideas clearly and quickly
- Superior attention to detail with understanding and execution of typography and layout
- Organizational and interpersonal skills
