Global UI Designer

We are looking for a UI designer to work with junior designers on the team to monitor and ensure development of consistent user experience across all areas of the product. The role involves applying the design thinking process in day-to-day design operations and identifying opportunities to improve existing products.

Responsibilities

• Work with junior designers on the team to monitor and ensure development of consistent user experience across all areas of the product
• Apply the design thinking process in day-to-day design operations
• Identify and evaluate potential opportunities to improve existing products
• Own overall end-to-end user experience - from the big picture to specifics of UI layout for a feature
• Create wireframes, storyboards, walkthroughs and Figma prototypes to communicate design to the rest of the team

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional UI design experience
• Proven track record of leading end-to-end design for mobile products
• Proficiency in Auto Layout, component variants, and design system management
• In-depth understanding of mobile design principles: Material Design/iOS HIG guidelines
• Basic strategic UX thinking: ability to assist in user persona analysis, information architecture optimization, and usability test reporting
