Contract Senior
A bank in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer with experience in digital product design in financial services. The role involves driving the end-to-end product design, including discovery, ideation, conceptualizing, detailed design, prototypes, and validation.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design of end-to-end experiences, connecting digital products and offline touchpoints to deliver cohesive customer journeys
- Conduct service design activities including journey mapping, ecosystem mapping, service blueprinting, and opportunity identification
- Drive product design execution, from concept to delivery, producing intuitive and visually engaging interfaces
Requirements
- Strong experience in digital product design in financial services (banking/Fintech/digital transformation)
- Strong experience in UX/UI, product design, and/or service design
- Strong experience in journey mapping, service blueprinting, and experience strategy
- Strong experience in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
