You will lead the design of user-centered product experiences that empower care teams to deliver value-based care. This includes designing Salesforce-based solutions and internal tools to enhance healthcare accessibility for underserved families.
Responsibilities
- Design and iterate on user experiences for internal-facing Salesforce-based products
- Conduct user research with clinical and operational staff to understand pain points, workflows, and needs
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Establish and maintain design systems, style guides, and UX best practices
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in product design, UX design, or related roles
- Proven track record of designing complex enterprise or B2B software
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design patterns
