As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead the end-to-end design process for core platform features and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create user-centered solutions. You will also shape how the design team utilizes AI in the design process.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process for core platform features
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and UX Research
- Translate complex requirements into simple, elegant interactions
- Present work clearly, using storytelling to influence stakeholders
- Apply AI tools to accelerate design workflows
- Mentor and enable other designers
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Design or UX/UI Design
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design
- Experience designing and shipping products using AI
- Passion for AI and emerging tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Key Skills
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
- Web standards, typography, accessibility, color theory, and layout principles
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in English (C1/C2), German is a plus
