Lead design execution by owning specific flows, features, and deliverables. Collaborate closely with the Design Director and stakeholders to create intuitive, engaging experiences for users.
Responsibilities
- Lead design execution – Own specific flows, features, and deliverables, translating high-level direction into elegant, user-centered outcomes.
- Design with craft and impact – Create intuitive, engaging experiences for mobile apps and responsive web—balancing platform best practices with polished, well-crafted solutions.
- Build scalable systems – Use deep Figma expertise to create styles, libraries, and dev-ready components that ensure consistency and enable efficient collaboration.
- Collaborate and communicate – Partner closely with the Design Director, stakeholders, and developers—presenting ideas clearly, iterating on feedback, and driving work forward with strong communication.
- Work with independence – Manage your own projects and timelines with minimal oversight, ensuring progress while staying aligned with overall direction and strategy.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience with a record of delivering high-quality, user-centered work.
- Strong expertise in mobile and responsive web design patterns.
- Advanced Figma proficiency (styles, libraries, components, prototyping).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while effectively partnering with a design lead.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
