As part of the Loyalty Product team, you will shape the future of the loyalty experience by creating intuitive and customer-centric designs. You will partner closely with Product and Engineering to craft meaningful user experiences that deliver real value.
Responsibilities
- Create intuitive, thoughtful, data-informed, and customer-centric designs that directly influence product strategy and customer outcomes.
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering to craft meaningful user experiences and deliver real value.
- Own end-to-end design for experiences used by millions of shoppers.
- Apply strong user empathy and design thinking to solve meaningful problems.
- Drive the evolution of Yotpo’s loyalty offering through hands-on discovery, ideation, and experimentation.
Requirements
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design and a clear point of view.
- Minimum of 4+ years of designing digital products, preferably in fast-paced, agile environments.
- Experience in B2B SaaS is a plus, and a B.Des degree is an advantage.
- Fluency in Figma and other modern design and AI prototyping tools.
