Lead end-to-end design processes for mobile-first healthcare applications and web platforms, ensuring seamless experiences that build trust and drive meaningful health outcomes. Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for mobile and web applications.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes for mobile-first healthcare applications and web platforms
- Create user-centered design solutions that balance business objectives with user needs and regulatory requirements
- Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems and component libraries
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to design team growth and culture
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Design complex user flows for healthcare journeys, including onboarding, assessment tools, treatment planning, and ongoing care management
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for mobile and web applications
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure design feasibility and optimal implementation
- Design native mobile experiences for iOS and Android platforms
- Ensure responsive design principles across all device types and screen sizes
- Optimize user interfaces for accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1 AA standards)
