Remote $80,000 - $110,000 Contract Senior
A major clinical education platform is seeking a Senior UX Researcher to conduct impactful research and ensure products meet real-world user needs. This is a 6-month contract position with the possibility of extension or conversion to a full-time role.
Responsibilities
- Conduct impactful research and analyze large datasets of unstructured written text
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams
- Guide the development of solutions that deliver trustworthy, relevant information within clinical workflows
- Develop an evidence-based research strategy leveraging large datasets
Requirements
- Proven experience in UX research, including designing and executing studies involving large datasets of unstructured written text
- Strong skills in qualitative and quantitative research methods, including text analysis, coding, natural language processing, and synthesis
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (designers, PMs, engineers, data scientists)
- Proficiency in at least one coding language commonly used for text data analysis (such as Python or R)
- Ability to communicate complex findings clearly and advocate for user-centered design
