Immediate need for a talented Product Designer III for a 06+ months contract opportunity with long-term potential in Seattle, WA (Hybrid).
Responsibilities
- Lead complex design projects from concept to delivery, working effectively in ambiguous environments
- Deliver features that enable Meta AI to understand and respond to individual user needs and preferences, leveraging the unique capabilities of wearable devices
- Design for AI across modalities including wearable screens, voice, and spatial interfaces
- Create deeply user-centered experiences by addressing well-understood user needs
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional (XFN) partners to frame product opportunities and drive features through development
- Develop scalable systems and design patterns to enable other feature teams to integrate seamlessly into Meta AI
Requirements
- Product Designer Experience with wearable devices
- Designing for multiple modalities
- Prototyping
- 4–8 years of professional experience in UX/UI design
- Exceptional visual design skills and attention to detail
- Strong prototyping skills (e.g., Figma, Principle, Framer, or similar tools)
- Demonstrated fluency in AI concepts and their application to user experiences
- Experience designing for multiple modalities (screen, voice, spatial interfaces)
- Proven ability to lead complex projects and work effectively in ambiguous situations
- Strong interaction design and visual design portfolio
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially with cross-functional teams
- Experience designing for wearable devices or emerging technologies
- Familiarity with scalable design systems and pattern libraries
- Ability to translate user research and data into actionable design solutions
