The Senior UX Researcher will lead strategic research efforts for modernizing the digital banking experience. This role will shape user-friendly digital products through comprehensive research initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end research initiatives including usability testing, surveys, nomenclature studies, etc.
- Apply both qualitative and quantitative methods to uncover insights that influence product strategy
- Develop and execute research plans that address team questions and project goals
Requirements
- Proactive, highly organized, emotionally agile, and thrives in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
