Responsibilities
- Write clear, consistent, concise user-interface content
- Work with the communications team to develop product names and narratives
- Collaborate with product designers, product owners, and developers to understand user needs and product goals
- Participate in usability testing to assess the effectiveness of the content and make necessary adjustments
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a UX writer or similar role
- Native-level written and spoken English
- Strong writing skills with a focus on clarity, conciseness, and user-centered design
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma
- Some experience in conducting user research and applying insights to improve content strategy
