The UX Researcher supports the execution of foundational and evaluative UX research, ensuring that research activities are carried out efficiently. This role is key to enabling scalable, insight-driven decision-making across the digital product landscape.
Responsibilities
- Support the execution of foundational and evaluative UX research using both qualitative and quantitative methods
- Assist in operationalizing and maintaining tracking frameworks for UX KPIs
- Coordinate and contribute to the creation of monthly and-or quarterly UX/UI Excellence Reports
- Support the preparation of research findings and insights for stakeholder reviews, workshops, and design iterations
- Help maintain and update research repositories, journey maps, personas, and other shared UX documentation
Requirements
- Familiarity with UX metrics and user-centered design methods
- Understanding of accessibility guidelines (e.g., WCAG)
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, especially in cross-functional team environments
- Comfort with research and analytics tools
