OluKai is seeking an experienced UX Designer to join their creative team in Irvine, CA, to optimize and evolve their digital ecommerce shopping experience using best-in-class UX practices. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of UX experience with a strong emphasis on web design.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end UX process from concept through execution, delivering user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Research and apply ecommerce UX best practices to improve discoverability, conversion, navigation, and overall customer satisfaction
- Rapidly test and iterate on new UX ideas by applying usability studies, A/B testing, and tools like heatmaps or analytics
- Collaborate closely with Creative, Ecommerce, and Digital Product teams to introduce new features and improve existing flows
Requirements
- 5-7 years of UX experience with a strong emphasis on web design
- Portfolio that includes UX work for ecommerce experiences — wireframes, user flows, and final designs
- Solid grasp of responsive design principles and mobile-first UX design
- Strong to expert proficiency in Figma
- Proven ability to run UX tests and quickly apply findings to iterate and optimize
