Manage the end-to-end design process, from research and concept to final UI and implementation. Collaborate with various teams to ensure that the products developed truly benefit customers.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end design process, from research and concept to final UI and implementation
- Responsible for identifying and understanding user needs and pain points through research and data
- Drive design iterations through testing, prototyping, and measuring impact on product outcomes
- Develop clear, accessible, and visually refined interfaces that align with our design principles
- Collaborate on product strategy and roadmap prioritization
- Work iteratively, testing ideas early, learning fast, and continuously improving based on insights and data
- Contribute to and evolve our design system
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design (or equivalent hands-on experience)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking
- Good understanding of front-end principles and how design translates into code
- Comfortable conducting user research and usability testing
- Skilled in modern design tools (Figma, prototyping tools, etc.)
- Strong understanding and knowledge of accessibility, design systems, and responsive design principles
- Experience collaborating closely with product managers and dev teams in agile teams
- Data-informed mindset - able to connect qualitative insights with quantitative outcomes
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Self-driven and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
