As a Staff Product Designer, you will lead the design and execution of strategic projects that deliver substantial customer value. You will conduct customer discovery to inform product strategy and enhance the influence of the Design organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of strategic projects that deliver substantial customer value and impact multiple departments
- Conduct customer discovery to inform product strategy
- Identify and lead design-driven initiatives with organization-wide impact
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience delivering high-quality B2B SaaS products
- Demonstrated track record of maintaining high executional quality and organizational impact
- Independent in driving discovery processes and leveraging customer insights to inform product strategy
Key Skills
- Strong ability to mentor and influence others
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and complex problem-solving
- Proven success in driving design strategy, systemic thinking, and strong product sensibility
