Responsibilities
- Lead the UX strategy for key LiveOps systems
- Design end-to-end systems, from information architecture and interaction design to workflow orchestration
- Promote an evidence-driven design culture, using research and usage data to guide design decisions
Requirements
- Extensive experience in UX with recent senior-level or principal experience leading complex systems or platforms
- Mastery in interaction design, information architecture, and systems thinking
- Experience building or maintaining large-scale design systems
Key Skills
- Strong research integration
- Exceptional communication and facilitation
- Experience working with complex operational tools or data-driven internal systems
