Senior Product Designer, Ads Consumer

Lead the design and execution of Netflix's ads consumer experiences across various surfaces. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate and enhance advertising experiences for members.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of Netflix's ads consumer experiences across a variety of surfaces
• Design and enable an industry leading advertising privacy and regulatory experience for Netflix members
• Establish principles to ensure a best-in-class advertising experience for our members across multiple content types
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, content designers, data scientists, and business teams to develop and innovate on the future of ads

Requirements

• 8+ years as a Product Designer (or equivalent experience) in the consumer product space
• Rich portfolio that showcases proven experience at the intersection of advertising, TV, and/or streaming
• Experience working on privacy and regulatory experiences
• A passionate energy for great design and amplifying our team culture

Key Skills

• Proven experience at the intersection of advertising, TV, and/or streaming
• Strong understanding of advertising best practices and industry trends for ads on TV and web
• Experience constructing end product quality prototypes of consumer experiences that leverage video and motion
• Excellent communication skills that excite stakeholders and articulate a vision
